Return Period

Products may be returned within 14 days as of the day on which you or a person indicated by you have acquired physical possession of the goods.

Conditions for Return

• Purchase was made directly from our website: https://lametric.com (LaMetric devices purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policy)
• You must return each item in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lametric.com with your order number. You will receive a return authorization and detailed return instructions with the return address.

The parcel must then be transferred to the courier within 7 days of a return authorization. 

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your return. We are not responsible for items not received or damaged in transit. 

Refunds

Upon receiving the return, the receiving and inspection process may take 7-14 business days from the date we receive the returned items. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for a missing item, or for items that we determine are damaged or require service.

For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to us with the following information:

• Tracking number
